PROJECT INCEPTION
Our daylighting consultants will schedule a meeting to help define the design and project approach, focusing on the 'why' rather than the 'how.' This collaborative process ensures all stakeholders share a common understanding of the project’s goals and the performance of the interior space.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Following the inception meeting, our consultants will collaborate with other stakeholders to integrate requirements. We will present a concept design package and a costed bill of materials. Based on your feedback, our team will refine the design and repeat the process until the desired outcome is achieved, formulating a plan to deliver on the project’s purpose, scope, and performance.
Project submittals
Once the design is approved, our team of innovative designers and engineers will deliver project submittals, including specifications, daylighting plans, architectural and mechanical drawings, and a procurement plan with a costed bill of materials and delivery lead times. Our consultant will remain engaged throughout the sales and project construction cycle.
Procurement
Our experienced procurement team will facilitate orders from our trusted partners for dynamic shading, luminaires, controls, and automation. We work with you to ensure that your solution package arrives on-site complete, on time, and within budget.
